Basis Health & Performance NY – Kinstretch Spine Compilation
The Basis Spine Kinstrestch Series progresses you through a 5-week course. Each week offers a Full Class (60 Minutes), a mini class ( 30-40 Minutes), and 2 mobility shorts (15-30 minutes) that are movement specific or “On-The-Go”. The weeks advance through Kinstretch movement progression that prioritizes spine segmentation first and rotation second.

Programming 7 days per week
Weekly for 4 weeks: 1 full class (60+ minutes) & 1 mini class (30-40 minutes) with 2 Movement Specific and Kinstretch On-The-Go mobility shorts.
Week 1
- Day 1 – Kinstretch Full Class- Spine Segmentation and Strength
- Day 2 – Maximal Expansive Breathing Kinstretch Technique
- Day 4 – Kinstretch Mini Class- Spine Segmenting, S.I. Joint CARs, Spine CARs
- Day 5 – Warmup Using Kinstretch Spine
Week 2
- Day 1 – Kinstretch Live Class: Spine and Hip Fundamentals
- Day 2 – Kinstretch Neck & Spine On-the-go
- Day 4 – Kinstretch Mini Class: Spine Segmenting
- Day 5 – Kinstretch Movement Specific- Low Back & Hamstring
Week 3
- Day 1- Kinstretch Full Class- SI Joint & Lumbar CARs and Segmenting, Pelvis Moves on Femur, Hip Capsule
- Day 2- Warmup Using Kinstretch- Deadlift
- Day 4 – Kinstretch Mini Class- Spine Fundamentals & Thoracic Bias
- Day 5 – Kinstretch On the Go- Neck Mobility
Week 4
- Day 1- Kinstretch Full Class- Thoracic Spine & Shoulders
- Day 2- Kinstretch On the Go- Seated Spine CARs
- Day 4- Kinstretch On the Go- Thoracic Spine and Scaps
- Day 5- Kinstretch Mini Class- Spine fundamentals with Grayson
Week 5
- Day 1- Kinstretch Full Class- Spine with Rotation Focus
- Day 2- Kinstretch On the Go- SI Joint
- Day 4 – Kinstretch Mini Class- Spine Segmentation & Kinetic Stretching
- Day 5 – Kinstretch Mini Class- Neck Mobility
