Core Essentials Chi Kung Course is designed to be a foundation you can return to for years. Whether you’re just starting or already teaching, these practices are building blocks. How is Core Essentials Chi Kung Course structured?
- The course consists of 6 modules, each with a clear written introduction explaining the key principles of that stage of training.
- There are 16 exercises in total, each with a detailed video and additional written guidance on how to train, integrate the practice into daily life, and get the best results.
- The progression is intentional: you first develop a strong and elastic body, then awaken your energy body, and finally learn to work with internal energy in a way that can be applied to Tai Chi, martial arts, or personal development.
