Energy transmissions to strengthen and nourish the bones and skeleton, the foundation of our physical ‘Tree of Life’. The next sequence is to do with preparing the cells for change. The adaptation to fifth dimensional energy that we are all going through actually stresses the body in the beginning. Much of the fatigue and the physical and emotional stress that we are all experiencing is to do with ‘growing into a new skin’ literally, as our bodies adapt to this faster pulsating energy.

The blood has been termed the ‘river of life’ and now it is ‘the river of our new life’. In this energy sequence the blood, which carries life giving oxygen and nutrients to every cell, is cleansed and purified.

The next set of transmissions works with the pineal and pituitary glands. The pineal gland is associated with the seventh chakra and energy coming into the body’s energy fields.

It is also a crystalline gland which when activated by the vibration, light and energy of the Light Language will assist you to remember your soul’s truth, why you are here and what your purpose is on Earth at this time. The pituitary gland is the master gland of the body and stimulating this gland will assist hormonal production and the overall functioning of the entire endocrine system.

The fifth energy sequence is to do with increasing the energy able to be created within every cell within the mitochondria to give more energy for all the metabolic functions of life in the physical body.

The audio ends with a regenerative tonic for the body to prepare you for a relaxed, happy and vibrant day ahead.

I have now integrated Feel Better Fast into my morning routine and feel my old energy and stamina returning.

I switch it on as soon as I open my eyes and just allow the energy to wash over me and through me as I gradually wake up to begin the day. You can of course use the audio whenever you wish. It will also help you relax at night before sleep. I find the difference between how I feel before and how I feel after listening quite remarkable.

I know from my years of doing this energy work that the effects are cumulative as the energy builds a pulse rhythm of sustained improvement.
