Breath is the basis for life. Everything breathes, everything moves, everything vibrates. The Earth itself is breathing, and we like cells on the Earth breath with it, and our cells breathe with us, and worldwide harmony is when we all breathe together.
Traveling to India in late 2019, I had no idea what I was in for, and how much that experience would change my life.
While doing my 200-hour yoga teacher training in the first month, I was taught this sequence which fundamentally shifted my entire reality.
For the first time in my life I felt so high, so activated, so centered and grateful…just from spending some time breathing consciously. MY MIND WAS BLOWN!
How could this be kept under wraps so well? So many people suffering from depression, anxiety, overall unhappiness and stress….and we all possess to ability to just breathe consciously and totally flip the switch to one of gratitude and happiness and being energized.
After that first lesson I practiced every single day, and got to a point where I felt incomplete without it. Since then I have studied and taught many other styles of breathing, but this one sequence remains with me and is something I know will work if I need to release and clear some energy and feel good in my own body.
Laying in Savasana after doing Pranayama Masters Sequence is like laying in an ocean of bliss. You feel completely at peace with just laying still, and that is a beautiful place to be, that we all deserve to feel.
And so that is what I am now ready to share with you. Something that you will remember and be able to use and call upon at any point in your life, and pass on to those you meet who will benefit from it.
It is the age of the big revealing and no longer are these secrets being kept away, but being given back to those who have forgotten of their innate power.
It is my wish that this sequence activates a dormant energy in you, revitalizes your life, and inspires you to be the best you can be in this lifetime and beyond.
